In the middle of a busy world, it can feel impossible to find a moment for yourself. I created this 60-minute Online Holy Fire III® Reiki Experience specifically for urban souls who need a powerful reset without leaving their home/office.
How Online Reiki Works
You don’t need to be in the same room to experience a deep energetic shift. In the quantum field, time and space don't exist—energy is a frequency we can tune into from anywhere.
Think of it like a radio signal: the music is always in the air; you just need to turn on the receiver. Online sessions are just as powerful as hands-on healing because we are working with your energy body. By gently clearing away the "noise"—stress, old patterns, and mental clutter—we help you reconnect with your truest, most vibrant self.
Your only job? Be present, stay open, and let the "Flo" do the work.
Preparing for Your Session
To make the most of our healing time, please take a few moments to set the stage:
1. Your Sacred Space
- Find Quiet: Choose a private area where you can sit comfortably and won't be disturbed.
- Set the Mood: Have water, tissues, and your favorite incense or candle ready.
- Light it up: Ensure your space has good lighting so I can see you clearly on camera.
- Bring a "Guardian" (Optional): If you already own a TheFloWithin Pocket Guardian or Pillar, keep it close or hold it during the session. It acts as a beautiful physical anchor for the frequencies we’ll be working with.
2. Tech Checklist
- The Screen: Use a laptop or tablet if possible for a more immersive feel.
- Zoom & Video: Have Zoom ready to go. Camera-on is required so we can stay connected.
- Soundscape: A PAID Spotify account is needed for ad-free music.
- Dual Setup: If you can, use one device for video and another (like your phone) for the audio. Ensure everything is fully charged!
3. Mind & Body Prep
- Clear the Channels: Avoid caffeine for 4 hours before we start. Please skip alcohol or other substances.
- Eat Light: A light meal or empty stomach is best for energy flow.
- Buffer Time: Arrive a few minutes early to ground yourself, and try to keep your schedule clear immediately after our session to protect your "afterglow."
