Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Each TheFloWithin orgonite is created as an intentional, energetically infused piece. Many items are made in limited portal/full moon drops and some are created to order.

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the limited cases described below.

No returns / no refunds

All sales are final, including:

  • Portal / Full Moon drop items

  • Custom orgonites and made-to-order pieces

  • Items purchased as sets or bundles

We cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference (color, style, size)

  • Energetic sensitivity or personal experience of the product

  • Delays caused by the carrier or customs

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve it quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following (at our discretion):

  1. A replacement (subject to availability)

  2. A store credit

  3. A refund (only if replacement is not possible)

Lost parcels

If tracking shows your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with a claim or investigation with the carrier. Outcomes depend on the carriers investigation and service terms.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

For custom pieces, once creation has begun, the order is not cancellable.
