Shipping origin

All orders are shipped from Macau SAR.

Processing time

We prepare orders within 1–3 business days.

For limited portal/full moon drops and custom orgonites, processing times may be longer. If a different timeline applies, it will be noted on the product page.

Shipping methods & tracking

All international orders ship with tracking.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Local delivery (Macau SAR)

Local delivery is available within Macau SAR. The delivery fee and estimated delivery timeframe are shown at checkout.

International shipping rates

International shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Free international shipping

We offer free international shipping on orders over €150. Eligibility is calculated automatically at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only:

Macau SAR local delivery: typically 1–2 business days
International (tracked): typically 7–21 business days

Please note that delays can occur due to customs processing, peak seasons, weather, or carrier disruptions.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it returns to us (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows a parcel is delayed, please allow a few extra business days as carriers may experience transit backlogs.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item so we can help.
